FREEHOLD, N.J., Nov. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (NYSE: MNR) today announced the acquisition of a brand new 158,417 square foot industrial building located at Skyport Industrial Park, 7503 NW 106th Terrace, Kansas City, MO at a purchase price of $9,635,770.  The property is net-leased for 7 years to Bunzl Distribution Midcentral, Inc., a Missouri corporation.
